Running shifts and supporting the Restaurant Manager in managing the execution of company policies, procedures, programs and systems.;
Supervises 1 to 7 Team Members and ensures objectives are reached while following company guidelines.;
Uses Point of Sale system/cash register to record orders and collect payment from guests.;
Ensures proper food handling, safety and sanitations standards and OSHA/local health codes.;
Provides leadership, training and development to the restaurant team, including staffing decisions such as interviews and disciplinary action.
