• Prep Cooks are responsible to cook and prepare a variety of food products including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stocks, breads and other food products using a variety of equipment and utensils according to the Daily Prep List.

• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food safety certification or any other food/alcohol certification, as required by state law
• Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
• Good hearing for safety and accurate communication
• Must be able to read, write and speak in English
• Must have reliable transportation

• Ensuring our guests have an unbeatable experience with the highest quality preparation and presentation of our food products with the utmost recipe adherence
• Supporting the success of the Heart of house by ensuring menu items are stocked and prepped according to food safety and recipe standards.
• Maintaining highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout all food preparation areas
• Being aware of and abiding by all food safety practices.
