Target is seeking a Style Consultant to provide an exceptional guest experience, deliver strong operations, and execute compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and drive sales. The role focuses on meeting guests where they are and ensuring the floor is stocked, correctly priced, and easy to navigate.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings.
• Utilize store tools to analyze sales and inventory to support guest needs.
• Sort freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and floor readiness through priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Assist with price changes and clearance merchandising, including signing.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by returning merchandise from fitting rooms to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance at all times.
• Work safely and report hazards; comply with safety policies and training.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-Up with adherence to applicable laws.
• Greet guests and engage helpfully to solve their needs; thank guests for shopping with Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Enjoy interacting with guests and team members; thrive in a fast-moving, active environment with teamwork and problem solving.
• Able to work a flexible schedule with varying hours, days, or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays).
• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories; welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.
• Effective communication skills and ability to use handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capable of remaining focused and composed while accomplishing multiple tasks within established time frames.

• Strong interest in apparel and accessories; welcoming demeanor toward guests and colleagues.
• Ability to communicate across multiple channels and operate store technologies as directed.
• Flexible, reliable attendance; capacity to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort with physical tasks, including lifting up to 44 pounds with or without assistance; ability to climb ladders; exposure to varying temperatures.
