Additional Compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Stocking associates unload trucks and stock new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds and may need to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts.
Responsibilities- Unload trucks and stock new freight.
- Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts when required.
- Lift objects exceeding 50 pounds.
