Five Below - 3245 Vineland Road - Responsibilities:
Ensure all crew members WOW customers through personal contact and provide fast, friendly checkout experience;
Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure high-quality customer service;
Assist with receiving and organizing new stock for efficient placement on sales floor;
Serve as Manager on Duty, overseeing store operations, staff management, and urgent issues;
Open or close the store with cash handling, security, alarms, and daily readiness;
Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures;
Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service;
Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery;
Perform store maintenance including cleaning, stocking, and general upkeep
