Role summaryOnline Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
What you’ll do- Fill and dispense online orders in a fast‑paced environment.
- Locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring accuracy.
- Make product substitutions and offer appropriate alternatives.
- Consult with customers and engage them in conversation during dispensing.
- Handle both online and in‑store customer needs while maintaining pace during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Acknowledge and greet customers with a smile.
- Answer customer questions and help them locate products.
- Assist fellow associates when needed.
- Keep your area stocked, clean, and safe.

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour.
