Provide visible presence at store entrances/exits, greet customers, and deter theft while maintaining a professional appearance.;
Walk the sales floor to identify theft indicators and report to Store Leadership.;
Partner with Store Leadership to ensure compliance with Loss Prevention directives and minimize shortage.;
Mitigate theft and fraud by monitoring for suspicious behavior and communicating findings to leadership.;
Train and educate Associates on shortage reduction initiatives and proper procedures.
