Role Overview
The Store Manager is the ultimate Pandora fan and the face of our brand at the committed concept store. As the Store Manager, you will immerse yourself in Pandora’s culture and product while leading the sales floor, coaching the team, and driving store sales and profitability.
Responsibilities- Fully immerse in the brand, culture, and product and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.
- Drive store sales, exceed individual and store sales goals, and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Create unforgettable shopping moments that exceed expectations by using excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
- Provide real‑time feedback and guidance to empower the team in achieving KPI goals.
- Recruit, retain, and develop talent, including Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.
- Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources to identify and resolve performance issues and policy violations.
- Implement visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and continuous talent development.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Results‑oriented leader with 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high‑performance retail environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a sense of care.
- Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking that can deliver positive results.
- Talent magnet skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams with succession planning and internal mobility.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point‑of‑sale systems.
- Minimum age 18 years old with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.

Salary range: 58,000 – 70,000 USD, base salary plus bonus opportunities. 401(k) plan available.
