Supervise store staff and coordinate with store management to ensure smooth operations;
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer questions, problems and complaints;
Promote CVS customer service culture and maintain customer confidentiality;
Assist with merchandising tasks including pricing, stocking, displays, and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise;
Assist with opening and closing procedures and adapt to a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts
