Napes Soap Company is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Retail Lead / Key Holder who is passionate about beauty, skincare, wellness, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Pay: $17–$19/hour, based on experience + Commission

Schedule:

Full-Time | Nights, weekends & holidays required

Location:

Kissimmee, FL

• Create a welcoming, personalized, and elevated customer experience
• Educate customers on products and provide thoughtful recommendations
• Lead by example on the sales floor and motivate the team to achieve sales goals
• Coach associates on customer engagement, product knowledge, and selling techniques
• Monitor sales performance and help drive key KPIs
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
• Support opening/closing procedures, cash handling, merchandising, and daily store operations
• Maintain a polished, organized, and inviting sales environment

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Must successfully pass a background check
• 2+ years of retail sales experience required
• 2+ years of experience consistently meeting sales goals and KPIs required
• 2+ years of experience as a Sales Lead, Key Holder, Assistant Manager, or similar retail leadership role required
• Beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fragrance, luxury, wellness, or specialty retail experience
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills
• A positive, confident, and outgoing personality
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Must be 18 years of age or older

• $17–$19/hour + Commission
