Join Vacatia and Ensure Smooth Closings for Vacation Ownership Sales

Location:

Vacatia is an innovative hospitality company reinventing the vacation rental and ownership experience across discovery, booking, and stay. We’re building the next generation of travel lifestyle products—blending technology, hospitality, and design to create smarter, more connected experiences for guests, owners, and partners.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Verification Loan Officer (VLO) who will review all sales documentation, verify customer purchases, and ensure accurate closings for new owners. If you thrive in a customer-focused environment and enjoy working closely with clients to ensure a seamless ownership experience, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

Why You’ll Love Working at Vacatia
  • Build the Future:
Play a critical role in maintaining integrity and accuracy in timeshare sales closings.
  • Impact That Matters:
Your verification ensures that every customer has a smooth and trustworthy ownership experience.
  • Innovation at Scale:
Use in-house software and modern office tools to streamline verification and documentation processes.
  • Autonomy and Ownership:
Manage closings independently while collaborating with the Sales and Voyages team.
  • Culture of Growth:
Join a professional, customer-focused team that values accuracy, communication, and accountability.
Your Impact
  • Review all final sales documentation with new owners, including contracts, fees, and financing options.
  • Verify the validity of purchases and confirm accuracy with customers.
  • Obtain all required signatures and ensure proper documentation for internal compliance.
  • Follow up with customers on missed payments or documentation issues.
  • Maintain accurate logs of all interactions and updates in the Sales System.
  • Participate in ongoing customer service and compliance training.
What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior timeshare experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of timeshare products, legal documents, escrow procedures, and basic sales techniques.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and in-house software systems.
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
