Compensation: $55,000–$65,000

• Build long-term trusting relationships with customers
• Grow the business (sell) and control expenses (make a profit)
• Inspect customers' homes to determine services needed
• Prepare and present proposals to existing and new customers
• Network and cold call to generate sales leads
• Telephone prospecting and appointment setting
• Accurate and timely completion of all sales-related paperwork
• Prior outside sales experience a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Background checks completed on all candidates considered for hire
