Pre-Sale Associate – Kissimmee West
We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Pre‑Sale Associate for the upcoming Kissimmee West location. This role is essential in setting the tone for a successful grand opening and in launching the club in the community.
The position is focused on building relationships within the community, generating leads, and supporting marketing efforts and events during the pre‑sale phase.
Responsibilities- Creating quality relationships in the community by exemplifying the Crunch brand.
- Producing leads in the community during conversations to support future sales.
- Executing action items that help get the gym off to a strong start; e.g., social media promotion and handing out flyers.
- Supporting the management team in any events necessary for pre‑sale, such as on‑site visits, one‑day cyber sale events, BBQs, and the grand opening party.
- Showcasing strong integrity when interacting with the community, ensuring only quality leads from those who are interested in potentially joining.
