• Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate toward and understanding customers’ needs.

• Represent the Company and the Cricket brand with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, which can lead to additional bonus payment.
• Participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities on behalf of Cricket Wireless as required. Duties at such events may include engaging with customers, representing Cricket Wireless products and services, distributing marketing materials, and assisting with event setup or breakdown.

• Fluent in two or more languages; this position requires English and Spanish.
• Clear communication skills with strong attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Background in retail sales is helpful but not required.
• Minimum age of 18 and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to live within 30 minutes of a store location, with flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adherence to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.

• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking purposes.
• Requirement to stand for long periods to provide optimal customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to follow instructions to completion.
