ACTIVE FLORIDA REAL ESTATE LICENSE & PREVIOUS SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Capital Vacations is hiring proven sales professionals ready to take their skills into the vacation ownership industry.

No previous timeshare experience is required. If you have a strong sales background and an active Florida Real Estate License, we'll provide the in-person training, Hyperbound AI sales technology, coaching, and qualified guest presentations to help you transition your experience into vacation ownership sales.

Compensation & Earning Potential

Earn up to 18% commission

$15/hour training pay for the first 60 days

Our Frontline training program is designed to help experienced sales professionals learn the vacation ownership industry and develop into confident Frontline closers.

You'll receive:

Hyperbound AI-powered sales training and role-play

Presentation and closing practice

Vacation ownership and product education

Coaching from experienced sales leadership

Continued development on the sales floor

Position Overview

As a Frontline Sales Representative, you'll meet with qualified guests visiting Silver Lake Resort, identify their vacation needs, deliver engaging presentations, build value in vacation ownership, overcome objections, and confidently close sales.

We provide the qualified guest presentations. You focus on selling.

Qualifications

Strong communication and presentation skills

Proven ability to build relationships and close sales

Ability to work weekends and holidays

Timeshare or vacation ownership experience is NOT required.

We welcome proven sales professionals from industries including real estate, automotive, luxury retail, home improvement, hospitality, membership sales, and other commission-based sales environments.
