Security Officer Patrol Control

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or members of the public while carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and document observed activity in accordance with site protocols.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas, verify access permissions as directed, and report security-related concerns, hazards, and/or maintenance issues to appropriate personnel.;
Support daily operations by assisting with incident reports, following post orders, and communicating clearly with site contacts, supervisors, and/or emergency responders when needed.
