• Maintain a safe, secure environment for clients, residents, and guests.
• Conduct proactive patrols on foot or in vehicle, ensuring visible deterrence.
• Identify, respond to, and accurately report security or safety hazards
  .
• Control access and enforce property rules with professionalism.
• Respond promptly to incidents, preparing clear and detailed reports.
• Monitor CCTV and surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Provide exceptional customer service
  , assisting visitors and tenants.
• Work collaboratively with law enforcement and emergency responders when required.
• Keep accurate daily logs and documentation of activities.

• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military strongly preferred.
• Valid Florida Class D (Unarmed) or Class G (Armed) License required. If you are not licensed, contact us to get Certified.
• Additional certifications (Baton, OC/Pepper Spray, CPR/First Aid) are a plus.
• Strong situational awareness and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and de-escalation skills

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Physically capable of standing, walking, and patrolling for extended periods.
• Must have reliable transportation
