Schedule: Full Time 7am-3:30pm Monday thru Friday. There is on-call rotation.

Location: 2450 North Orange Blossom Trail, Kissimmee, FL 34744

• Installs, maintains, and repairs domestic water pumps, water piping lines, water filters, and plumbing fixtures.
• Repairs and maintains steam stations, valves, heating and condensate return stations, and sewer and storm drain.
• Maintains the piping and supply of cylinder and bulk medical gas systems.
• Assist in operation and general maintenance of painting, HVAC, electrical, locksmith, and alarm system

• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
• Trade School License/ Diploma [Required]

• 2+ commercial plumbing experience [Preferred]
• 2+ health care [Preferred]
• 5+ general plumbing experience [Required]

• Driver's License (DL) [Required]
