Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our corporate office and warehouse network. This position will be based in Celebration, FL, but will also involve travel to our warehouses nationwide when needed. The ideal candidate is hands-on, reliable, and able to troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of facility and equipment issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance across the corporate office and warehouse facilities.

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems as needed.

• Coordinate with local vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or projects.

• Maintain building systems, warehouse racking, dock equipment, and company assets.

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards.

• Travel to warehouse locations (nationwide) to provide on-site support for maintenance needs.

• Maintain detailed logs of repairs, inspections, and completed work.

• Assist with facility upgrades, renovations, and special projects.
Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance or facilities experience (commercial/industrial environment preferred).

• Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general carpentry.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks across locations.

• Willingness to travel (up to 25-40%) to warehouse locations across the U.S.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background and drug screening.
Preferred Skills

• Forklift certification or experience.

• Experience working in warehouse/distribution facilities.

• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
