Job Description:
Schedule:
Full Time 7am-3:30pm Monday thru Friday. There is on-call rotation.
Shift: Days
Location:
2450 North Orange Blossom Trail, Kissimmee, FL 34744
* Installs, maintains, and repairs domestic water pumps, water piping lines, water filters, and plumbing fixtures.
* Repairs and maintains steam stations, valves, heating and condensate return stations, and sewer and storm drain.
* Maintains the piping and supply of cylinder and bulk medical gas systems.
* Assist in operation and general maintenance of painting, HVAC, electrical, locksmith, and alarm system
Education:
* High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
* Trade School License/ Diploma [Required]
Work Experience:
* 2+ commercial plumbing experience [Preferred]
* 2+ health care [Preferred]
* 5+ general plumb experience [Required]
Licenses and
Certifications:
* Driver's License (DL) [Required]
