Employee will be working on heavy civil and highway construction sites.

The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. The position regularly works near moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt.physical demands the position lifts heavy objects, walks and stands for long periods of time and performs physical labor under adverse field conditions. The employee lifts, pushes, pulls or carries objects and uses abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue.

The position requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multilimbed coordination. The employee must have excellent stamina.position type/expected hours of workthis is a full-time position. This position will occasionally require long hours and weekend work. Average +/-50 hours per week.travelthe role requires no travel.required education and experience must adhere to osha safety protocol, and work in a drug-free environment must be reliable/have reliable transportationpreferred education and experienceconstruction industry experience preferredtakes full ownership of assigned projects and can work independentlyadditional eligibility requirements must possess or be able to obtain a valid and appropriate state driver’s license prior to employment.our
