Equipment Operator: Dozer--Mas-Tec Civil Joint Venture Project

the dozer operator levels and scoops soil and controls the direction and angle of the equipment to move rocks and debris. This position will work with straight or articulated rubber-tired tractor type vehicle equipped with front mounted hydraulically powered bucket or scoop.

this position has no supervisory responsibilities.

this is field based role. Employee will be working on heavy civil and highway construction sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. The position regularly works near moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt.

the position lifts heavy objects, walks and stands for long periods of time and performs physical labor under adverse field conditions. The employee lifts, pushes, pulls or carries objects and uses abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. The position requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multilimbed coordination. The employee must have excellent stamina.

this is a full‑time position. This position will occasionally require long hours and weekend work. Average +/-50 hours per week.

the role requires no travel.

• must adhere to osha safety protocol, and work in a drug-free environment
• must be reliable/have reliable transportation

construction industry experience preferred. Takes full ownership of assigned projects and can work independently.

must possess or be able to obtain a valid and appropriate state driver’s license prior to employment.
