McShea Contracting in Kissimmee, FL is seeking an experienced Diesel Shop Mechanic for a day shift, Monday–Friday. Pay is $24–$28 per hour based on experience. You will service and repair diesel engines and related systems, ensuring safe, reliable operation of fleet equipment.
The role requires practical hands-on mechanical ability, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. A minimum of 3 years in a heavy equipment or diesel shop is preferred.
