Greystar is seeking a Service Technician in Kissimmee, FL to maintain building exteriors, interiors, and common areas to Greystar standards. You will diagnose and repair mechanical issues, perform make-readies, and ensure safety and quality across the property.
You will complete service requests, coordinate with vendors, manage supplies, and document tasks in the system. EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license are required while a flexible schedule includes on-call duties.
