Service Technician

Suburban Propane, a leader in propane and refined fuel services as well as comprehensive energy solutions, is currently seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our dedicated team. This role is essential in maintaining our commitment to providing reliable energy services to a wide range of commercial, residential, industrial, and agricultural clients. As a Service Technician, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the operational integrity and safety of equipment and systems vital to our daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs of all equipment and infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with company standards and governmental regulations
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve fuel system and appliance issues
• Conduct installation and maintenance of propane and refined fuel systems
• Document service actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
• Offer exceptional customer service, responding to customer issues and questions in a timely manner
