• Respond to guest calls to diagnose and perform minor or routine maintenance or repair, as required, involving the following daily:
• A/C and heating systems, Electrical, Plumbing, Appliances, Televisions, Hot tub/Spa and Door Locks.
• Complete service requests promptly and efficiently. Follow up with Front Desk and / or Engineering Coordinator when service is completed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 2+ years’ experience in maintenance property management
• EPA Universal Certification Required
• The ability to speak and understand English is required
• The ability to speak and understand Spanish is desired
• Must possess solid knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc. information as required by daily operations.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
