Responsibilities:- Perform full and partial bathroom remodels including demo, installation, and finishing work
- Install tile, flooring, fixtures, vanities, toilets, showers,
- Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and work orders
- Coordinate with plumbers, electricians, and other trades as needed
- Ensure all work meets local building codes and quality standards
- Communicate professionally with clients and project managers on job progress
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times
- Proven experience in bathroom remodeling or general construction
- Proficiency in tile setting, waterproofing, and fixture installation
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Knowledge of Florida building codes and safety regulations is a plus
- Reliable transportation to job sites in and around Kissimmee, FL
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
