- Interviewing clients in various settings to obtain information concerning family, emotional, medical, and substance abuse history or other pertinent information. Detail oriented in completing the psychosocial assessments.
- Discusses the goals and implementation of treatment plans, progress toward goals and develop an appropriate transition plan upon admission.
- Provide family sessions per protocol.
- Provide scheduled group therapy and when needed, individual therapy.
- Responsible for proper placement and appointments required prior to discharge.
- Formulates appropriate diagnosis in terms of the current edition of the DSM and ICD, based on pertinent available information.
- Consults with medical doctors and/or treatment team members concerning treatment goals and objectives.
- Completes all required paperwork and maintenance of client files according to all applicable regulatory standards.
- Performs duties as a court liaison.

- Requires a Bachelor’s in Psychology or Mental Health Related field.
- Two (2) years' experience in the mental health field.
- Intermediate to advanced experience in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), use of personal computers, and standard office productivity software.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- A valid Class E Drivers’ License for positions that require driving personal or Agency vehicle on Agency business.
- Must maintain a minimum Bodily Injury & Property Liability insurance limit of at least $50,000 for positions that require driving personal own vehicle (POV) on Agency business. (Proof Required)
- PPBH is a 24/7 Agency. All employees must be available as needed when required.
