Job Summary:

· 5+ Years of Service Now development experience.

· Provide technical leadership and training, perform peer code reviews and ensure the Service Now team follows development best-practices.

· Excellent/hands on experience in Service Catalog/Service Portal modules.

· Build and deploy required enhancements to the Service Now Platform.

· Build and deploy UI policies, UI actions, script includes, scheduled jobs, import sets and transform maps.

· Implementation of Service Now for ITSM, Discovery, Orchestration, PPM, Demand Management, Vendor Management and other modules.

· Implementation of Service Now Integrations.

· Responsible for overall Service Now code quality.

· Responsible for reviewing requirements to ensure that they are provided in sufficient detail to be accurately estimated.

· Perform all aspects of Platform Administration, Design, Development and implementation of software solutions.

· Build workflows and write automated scripts.

· Technical leadership, peer code review and ensure that team is following all the best practices.

· Provide advanced support for Service Now by troubleshooting, implementing bug fixes and root cause analysis etc.

· Maintain production system reliability through utilization of Change Management process.
