ASB Freight is seeking experienced OTR drivers to become Mentor Drivers. You will be paid for all miles driven by the truck—including those driven by students—and eligible for performance bonuses. The structure includes observed training, defined drive hours for students, and home time built into the schedule.
The program offers base CPM opportunities, additional mentoring CPM, and various bonuses for safety and productivity. Weekly pay and full benefits are part of the package.
