For more information about our privacy policy, please .The Shuttle Driver is responsible for transporting guests to and/or from the hotel, hospital or casino and local area in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner using safe driving practices. They are also responsible for assisting guests with luggage including delivery and pick up of guest luggage during guest arrival and departure and maintaining the vehicle activity and maintenance logs.

As a CDL Shuttle Driver, you help bring the Towne experience to life. Whether transporting guests, patients, visitors, and associates or assisting with luggage and way finding needs, you create seamless arrival-to-departure experiences through safe, professional, and hospitality-focused service.
This posting represents multiple CDL Shuttle Driver opportunities across Towne locations. Specific responsibilities may vary by site, client, and assignment.
What You’ll DoSafely transport guests, patients, visitors, and associates to designated locations
Conduct vehicle inspections and document vehicle activity in accordance with company procedures
Welcome and assist guests, patients, and visitors with directions, way finding, luggage assistance, and service-related needs
Maintain organized work areas and complete documentation accurately
Create positive first and last impressions
Deliver exceptional experiences through service, professionalism, and hospitality

Able to work evenings and/or weekends
Driving Requirements Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger endorsement
Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record and ability to meet DOT and client requirements
Ability to safely operate passenger shuttle vehicles in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations
Additional certifications, physical examinations, or endorsements may be required based on vehicle type, site, or assignment
Compensation:
Towne is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual pay will be based on job-related skills, experience, education, training, geographic location, and other business-related factors. The hourly base pay range for this position is $20–$21 per hour.

Physical Requirements This position regularly requires the ability to:
Stand and walk for extended periods
Bend, stoop, kneel and reach
Lift up to 100 pounds
Push and pull luggage, wheelchairs, mobility equipment, and other guest-related items
Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions while entering and exiting shuttle vehicles throughout the day Reasonable accommodation may be provided for qualified individuals with disabilities
