As a Level 4 Finance Administrative Assistant, you will manage School Cash Online functions, reconcile bank statements, and initiate purchase orders. You will also monitor budgets and assist with managing funds for various school events. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask within a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor School Cash Online for accurate invoice payments
• Reconcile monthly bank statements for transparency
• Initiate purchase orders through the Navision Portal
• Manage collection of funds for school events and activities
• Provide backup support to other admin positions as needed
Requirements:
• Two-year College Diploma in Office Administration or Business Administration
• 1-2 years of finance experience
• Knowledge of general accounting principles
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
