Contribute to exceptional client care as a Scheduling Coordinator s full-time position requires you to facilitate staff assignments and patient scheduling from 6am to 10pm.

As a vital team member, you'll be responsible for connecting clients with the right field staff, supported by your customer service expertise. This role involves entering and updating vital data within our systems while ensuring smooth, professional communication among clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign qualified staff to patients based on various criteria

• Organize and update patient care schedules

• Manage data entry and documentation in systems

• Respond with professionalism to all inquiries

• Report interactions with staff and clients diligently

Requirements:

• At least one year of administrative experience

• Experience with scheduling is advantageous

• Strong computer skills required

• Exceptional communication abilities

• Compassionate demeanor with patients
