Our administrative team plays an essential role in helping Customer Service operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee administrative and office operations. Manage daily administrative requests such as meetings, department events, purchase requests, and provide meeting coordination and IT support to help Customer Service teams stay organized and on schedule.
  • Coordinate employee support activities. Facilitate onboarding and offboarding for new and existing employees, coordinate employee-related administrative processes, and partner with HR to manage onsite interview scheduling and logistics.
  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination. Partner with various divisions to ensure team requests and workflow processes are handled efficiently and accurately.
  • Resolve administrative issues. Address administrative challenges by leveraging workflows and identifying creative solutions aligned with company and department policies and procedures.
  • Support policy communications. Post new and updated departmental policies and partner with leadership to communicate changes clearly and consistently to employees.
  • Support special projects. Contribute to additional initiatives and projects as business needs evolve.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of administrative experience, including process improvement and workflow support
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, analyze information, and apply policies accurately
  • Strong initiative, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally in reports, correspondence, and other business communications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn and effectively use a variety of online systems and tools
  • High school diploma
  • Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
