Service Administration Assistant

Buchanan & Hall is hiring a full-time Service Administration Assistant to support our Service Department and provide excellent customer service to our clients.

This position will work closely with our Service Coordinator, Service Manager and other office staff. The successful candidate will help answer phones, triage service requests, schedule maintenance appointments, communicate with customers, prepare invoices, and keep service-related information organized and up to date.

• Previous experience in administration, customer service, scheduling, dispatching, or a similar role.
• Strong telephone and written communication skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple requests and changing priorities.
• Comfortable working in a busy, team-oriented environment.
• Comfortable using computers and various software applications, including Quickbooks, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience in service coordination or the trades would be an asset, but is not required.
• Experience with invoicing or accounting software would be an asset.

• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• Regular schedule will be negotiated with the successful candidate. (Potential hours are anywhere between 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
• Starting wage of approximately $25.00 per hour. Final compensation will be based on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.
