Position: Order Processing Associate at Demant
Become a key player at Demant as an Order Processing Associate, focused on maintaining order accuracy within the Navision database. This role requires robust invoicing skills and attention to detail.

In this role, you will generate hearing aid repair and accessory orders while collaborating closely with Production and Client Services. Your expertise in record keeping and document organization will ensure smooth operations as you respond to inquiries and manage invoicing across multiple platforms. This position is essential for meeting quality standards and service expectations within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage all ITE and BTE hearing aid orders

• Record sales transactions in the Navision system

• Liaise with teams for order inquiries and status checks

• Document and file necessary paperwork accurately

• Monitor and manage invoicing for incoming orders

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent needed

• Typing skills of at least 40 WPM

• Must be detail-oriented with strong record-keeping knowledge

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs required

• Fluent in Windows operating systems
