We seek a highly organized Inventory Auditor to oversee compliance across our dealership network. Key duties include preparing and distributing inventory reports, maintaining accurate PBS records, and conducting audits to ensure documentation standards. Your contributions will help uphold the integrity of vehicle inventories and financial records while managing multiple dealership locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and send weekly inventory recap reports
• Conduct regular bank floor plan audits
• Ensure compliance through site audits of vehicle documentation
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies efficiently
• Perform field audits as necessary across locations
Requirements:
• Previous automotive inventory or auditing experience preferred
• Knowledge of PBS or Dealer track systems beneficial
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficient in Excel and reporting tools
• Valid driver's license for location travel
