Join the mission at Nutrition for Learning as a Program and Finance Administrator in Kitchener. This hybrid full-time role involves financial oversight and program coordination for vital student services.
You will support the Finance and Operations Department by preparing and distributing financial reports vital to approximately 180 nutrition programs. Your knack for data management will help foster reliable relationships with volunteers and partners alike in the community, enhancing program reach and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and report on school grant funding processes
• Prepare comprehensive financial and operational reports
• Handle bookkeeping and accounts management
• Implement efficient donor record-keeping systems
• Participate in projects enhancing strategic program goals
Requirements:
• Relevant degree or equivalent work experience
• Three years’ experience in administration or coordination
• Proficient with Excel and bookkeeping tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Valid driver’s license for required travel
