Key Responsibilities:

• Own product strategy and roadmap across the portfolio

• Determine product investment priorities and strategic bets

• Drive customer discovery and market validation efforts

• Develop compelling product positioning and narratives

• Mentor two Product Managers and establish standards

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Product Management experience

• 2+ years of mentoring Product Managers

• Proven experience in SaaS products or multi-product platforms

• Strong product positioning and storytelling skills

• AI fluent and knowledgeable about fintech landscapes
