The Opportunity
This is not a “sit behind a desk and manage timelines” type of project role.
This is ownership.
You will take full control of restoration files from the moment a loss occurs through to final closeout. You will be the central point of coordination, decision-making, and communication, ensuring projects move forward efficiently while maintaining strong relationships with homeowners, adjusters, and trades.

Position Description
Own restoration projects end-to-end, from initial loss through completionAssess damage across water, fire, smoke, mold, and related incidentsDevelop scopes of work and coordinate execution across internal teams and subcontractorsManage timelines, resources, and shifting priorities across multiple active filesMaintain accurate, detailed documentation including notes, photos, and updatesServe as the primary point of contact for clients, adjusters, and stakeholdersEnsure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to required standardsParticipate in after-hours or emergency response as requiredExperience
Direct experience in insurance restoration is essentialProven ability to independently manage multiple active files simultaneouslyHands-on experience with emergency losses such as water, fire, smoke, and moldExperience working with adjusters, homeowners, and subcontractorsStrong understanding of full restoration lifecycle from intake to closeoutQualifications
Proficiency with Xactimate, Xact Analysis, Encircle, or similar platforms is strongly preferredIICRC certifications such as WRT and FSRT are considered strong assetsValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordHighly organized with strong documentation disciplineCalm, composed, and effective in high-pressure environmentsStrong communication skills with a customer-first mindsetDecisive, accountable, and able to manage competing priorities
