Contribute to the dynamic AI@WORK program as a Program Specialist, enhancing participant connections and ensuring program success. This role emphasizes relationship management and program delivery.
Your mission in this role will be to facilitate the recruitment of businesses and students, track key metrics, and maintain participant engagement. You will collaborate closely with Program Managers to deliver an exceptional experience, ensuring smooth logistics and communication throughout the program lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding of participants
• Build relationships with ecosystem partners
• Conduct outreach and engagement activities
• Support participant matching and logistics
• Maintain documentation and track program outcomes
Requirements:
• 3 years in recruitment or program coordination
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Strong relationship management expertise
• Familiarity with CRM and tracking systems
• Commitment to community-building and engagement
