Position: Deal Desk Operations Manager )
General Description  As the Deal Desk Operations Manager, you will own the end-to-end commercial execution process across quoting, approvals, and contract execution globally. You will play a critical role in enabling efficient, scalable, and compliant deal execution, ensuring processes are simple, transparent, and aligned to company policies and best practices. You must optimize deal workflows, enforce pricing and governance guidelines, and continuously improve systems and processes to support efficient execution  You Will Make an Impact   Manage the operational process of deal desk execution, from quote through discounts, approvals, and contract execution, creating consistent best practices and business guidelines that ensure global scale and velocity.
Drive process improvements, AI transformation, and tool optimization to promote efficiencies in the sales, pricing, contracting, and revenue processes.
Build strong relationships cross‑functionally with Sales, Rev Ops, Enablement, Legal, and RFP teams to identify friction points and implement solutions.
Collaborate with Sales Enablement to guide and train the sales team on the use of pricing best practices.
Build and maintain internal process documentation via Confluence and provide training, enabling and mentoring team members.
Guide and support front‑line sales regarding deal structure support and pricing optimization that adheres to company policies around pricing, discount, and margin strategies.
Provide support for standard and non‑standard deals to sales and customer success, from RFPs to contract completion.
Lead project work and assignments as required.
Key Qualifications   Commercial acumen with the ability to balance revenue growth and margin discipline.
Operational rigor: strong process management, system design, and execution focus.
Stakeholder management: ability to influence Sales and cross‑functional partners.
Decision‑making under pressure with the ability to triage and prioritize effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in pricing, contracts, and approvals.
Strong process improvement skills including demonstrated ability to manage end‑to‑end medium‑ to large‑scale process improvement projects.
Advanced Excel skills with proven ability to organize and analyze data and assess impact.
Strong systems background with a focus on efficiency at scale, including application of automation and generative AI.
Advanced skills with the Microsoft Office suite.
University degree or equivalent in accounting, business, and/or commerce.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Pricing, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Finance.
Strong understanding of pricing strategy, discounting, and deal structuring principles.
Experience supporting complex enterprise deals and RFP processes.
Demonstrated ability to manage high‑volume workflows and competing priorities.
Proven experience working cross‑functionally with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams.
Experience working in global international operations is an asset.
Experience working within Salesforce or other CRMs is an asset.
Experience in working with ERP systems is an asset.
Compensation and Benefits    Salary Range:  $108,000 - $125,000 CAD (annualized base salary)
