Join the City of Toronto as a CRM Solutions Designer, focusing on Salesforce Experience Cloud in a hybrid setting. Engage in the enhancement of 311 services through advanced customization.
In this senior role, you'll utilize your 10+ years of project experience to lead the configuration and development of an intuitive 311 experience. Collaboration is key as you will work closely with City teams and external vendors, ensuring the solution meets City governance and accessibility standards.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and deploy Salesforce components for the redesigned interface
- Create effective digital service request flows and search functions
- Design Lightning Web Components for enhanced user experience
- Integrate Salesforce with Service Cloud processes
- Provide post-launch support and stabilization
- Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale projects
- At least 5 years with Salesforce technologies, including APIs and Apex
- Solid background in customizing Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Experience in technical documentation and system testing
- Familiarity with security and accessibility policies
