As Skyline’s Assistant Resident Manager, you will ensure efficient daily operations of apartment buildings. This part-time position requires a rotating schedule with weekends and on-call availability. Key responsibilities include cleaning common areas, managing tenant satisfaction, and assisting with administrative paperwork and inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain building common areas consistently
• Prepare units for rental after tenant move-out
• Conduct outdoor seasonal cleaning tasks
• Manage and organize rental office paperwork
• Monitor phone inquiries and tenant satisfaction
Requirements:
• High School diploma or 3 years’ cleaning experience
• Proficient in computer skills (Word, Excel, email)
• Knowledge of tenant legislation is an asset
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Flexibility to work weekends and on-call
