Kitchener Program Manager, Defence Initiatives

As Program Manager, your primary responsibility is the governance and successful delivery of Communitech's senior programs, such as NATO DIANA. You'll engage with multiple stakeholders to ensure that budgets and reporting meet expectations, while driving significant outcomes for participants and community partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver on objectives for NATO DIANA programs effectively

• Manage relationships with diverse ecosystem partners

• Drive connections for growth opportunities within the ecosystem

• Oversee program performance and mitigation of risks

• Engage at industry events and represent Communitech’s mission

Requirements:

• 5+ years in managing strategic initiatives with partners

• Interest in Canada’s defence innovation and dual-use opportunities

• Experience with funded programs in defence and security

• Proven relationship management and communication skills

• Knowledge of the Waterloo Region tech landscape is an asset
