Our client, a leading Canadian manufacturing company, is hiring a Senior Tax Analyst to join their Corporate Taxation team. This position requires engaging in tax compliance, forecasting, and audit defense, providing an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment. Candidates should have a solid background in taxation and corporate compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and oversee transfer pricing documentation per local and OECD requirements

• Assist with corporate tax filings and reporting

• Support the financial tax provision in annual and quarterly reports

• Address external auditor queries and facilitate audits

• Assist in mergers and acquisitions tax considerations

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant tax experience

• CPA preferred, ideally with In-Depth Tax courses

• Experience in transfer pricing is advantageous

• Must have legal authorization to work in Canada

• Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach
