As a Financial Analyst within the Corporate Services division, you will supervise a Financial Coordinator and an Accounting Specialist, and provide essential training to clients on budgeting systems.
Your role will significantly impact financial scenarios for housing projects through budget management, forecasting, and comprehensive reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise financial staff and training sessions
• Prepare and review operating and capital budgets
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports
• Monitor expenditure against budgets monthly
• Oversee financial account administration and reporting
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field
• Professional accounting designation (CPA) required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven leadership and communication abilities
• Experience in financial compliance and reporting
