In this position, you will execute core accounting functions, assisting with day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in processing invoices, managing corporate credit cards, and maintaining fixed asset records. Your contributions will help ensure accurate financial operations while promoting efficiency and improvements in existing workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up vendors and process accounts payable invoices
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and cash disbursement entries
• Reconcile corporate credit card transactions with statements
• Maintain fixed asset ledger and track related reports
• Support month-end close and special project initiatives
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Professional written and verbal communication abilities
