You will own the entire financial reporting process while managing job costing and cash flow forecasting. Your leadership will be instrumental in enhancing financial systems and overseeing the finance team functions. A detail-driven approach will facilitate clear communication of insights across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee comprehensive financial reporting processes

• Manage job costing and performance measurement

• Lead cash flow forecasting and strategic financial planning

• Build and enhance financial systems and controls

• Coordinate with teams on budget tracking and forecasting

Requirements:

• 5+ years in accounting or finance, ideally in construction

• CPA designation preferred or in pursuit

• Strong grasp of project-based accounting

• Proficient in Quick Books Online, experience with Buildertrend valued
