• Manage a defined portfolio of high‑value and high‑potential members, acting as the primary point of contact for their financial needs.
• Provide expert‑level financial advice and solutions, including personal lending, home equity lines of credit, mortgages, day‑to‑day banking, and investment transactions.
• Proactively identify opportunities to consolidate financial services, driving member loyalty and long‑term value.
• Deliver personalized, solutions‑based financial advice tailored to meet the unique needs of high‑value members, engaging specialists when required.
• Consistently identify internal opportunities within the branch portfolio to grow investment, lending, and deposit balances.
• Engage in targeted outbound business development efforts to attract new high‑value members.
• Maintain a clear understanding of Libro’s financial products and services, identifying cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities to maximize member value.
• Provide mutual fund investment advice directly to members within the portfolio, ensuring alignment with their financial goals and referring complex planning needs to Financial Planners as appropriate.
• Champion a consolidated financial services approach by integrating banking, lending, and investment solutions for high‑value members.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, finance, or a related field.
• Mutual Funds license.
• 3+ years of experience in personal banking, relationship management, lending, and financial advisory.
• Experience in portfolio growth, business development, financial services consolidation, and managing complex financial needs for high‑value clients.
• A passion for helping people grow their financial well‑being.
